Wednesday May 25^th at Zen Zero: Raw potluck (6pm sharp) and free presentation by Carmella on ‘How to Successfully Transition to and Maintain The Raw Diet’ (begins at 7:15 pm).

Saturday May 28^th, 1- 4:00 pm (location to be confirmed): Raw Vegan Food Prep Workshop with Carmella.

Learn how to prepare : Green Cucumber Soup, Un-Tuna Salad, Spinach & Cream Pasta Casserole, Blueberry Shortcake and Fruit ‘n Nut Chocolate Candy.

Cost : Sliding scale of $45 to $55 (includes demo, food samples and recipe hand out)

Now serving Raw Quiche! NO, it’s not raw eggs, it is 100% vegan using cashews and agar, which is a type of seaweed which thickens and firms everything up so it’s sliceable and yummy! The agar is heated to get it to do it’s magic, but everything else is raw. This weeks Quiche is marinated mushroom and spinach. $6.95 a slice or add a 1/2 salad of your choosing for $10.95.

Zen Zero will be closed this Sunday and Monday October 10th & 11th for the Thanksgiving holiday and to work on some renovations to our new multi purpose room. Rose is the author of a Canadian Bestseller “Uncooking With Raw Rose – Your Guide to Raw Foods”, available at ZenZero.
